GhamaGhoe San Tours Cc (GGST) herewith wish to take the opportunity to offer all Viewers a “once in a lifetime and privileged” opportunity now open and available to South Africans and Foreigners 4 x 4 enthusiasts, ecologists, botanists, bird watchers and nature lovers in search of the unknown hidden jewels to be discovered and viewed in "one of the world's last pristine natural wildernesses” - The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and neighboring Southern Kalahari. After long months of endless meetings and negotiations with members of the Andriesvale ‡Khomani San Bushman Council (AKSBC)) eventually a "Unique - Right of Access Concession” were awarded to GGST late in November 2009. Based on the fact that one will enter a “sacred and protected” area, the management, protection and control of the restoration and convalescing of the sensitive eco system is an absolute requirement for the benefit and survival of all living organism, bird and plant life in the park due to the constant impact of 4 x4 vehicles and overcrowding. Continues Offroad driving from the main roads in the park tend to make deep trenches and tracks in the riverbeds, the dunes are left unsightly whilst it takes nature sometime time and even a season or two to recover naturally, therefore limited tours are been awarded per year and constantly monitored before a permit to a tour group to access the area are granted! GGST are kept constantly informed by KTP-SANParks of any changes regarding an approved permit for a confirmed booking of a scheduled tour group! Therefore this is a one time opportunity, offered only to a few privileged number of 4 x4 vehicles per year! "Men who know" will go overboard and to all ends to experience such a 4 x 4 tour in order to achieve the utopia thereof! Due to the location of the operational area of GGST, 90% of the tours as offered are in the vicinity (20-200km as the crow flies) ranging from Andriesvale to the KTP-SANParks, part of the Central Kalahari and eventually ends at the Augrabies Falls National Park. Upon entering the “sacred and protected” area (traveling 25km from Twee Rivieren gate (northwards to Mata Mata rest camp) one will leave the main road and then travel ±20 km in a northwestern direction through the now known S Zone area of 25.000 ha in the park, be guided by a well informed and travelled tour leader and his well experienced and seasoned Khomani San Boesman trackers. (The guide’s ancestor’s hinterland now known as the famous restitution claim - "Ae!
